The Office of Sponsored Programs had a proposal assistance request form to capture information they needed about a proposal. But they also needed an end-to-end solution to manage the requests from pre-award to post-award.
The Preaward Database was designed to integrate with the proposal assistance form and the University LDAP authentication system. Now, the requests can be tracked and managed in the new application and the reporting features helped the Team Leaders to efficiently manage their resources and assign priorities to tasks.
